Mother of Black












Kate Lanphear / Style Director, Elle U.S.

I know her as the Mother of Black.

You can always count on her to bring black back. Her genius layering of different textures (notably leathers and metallics) make colours unnecessary. You can spot her in the fashion week fluster by her signature platinum blonde hair which is always so perfectly swept across her face.
