Summer Dresses


I cannot believe the academic year has already ended for me and my busy schedule of holidays are about to begin and of course, with each holiday, demands a new wardrobe! The first holiday is in Europe, so bikini shopping isn't on my prioty list YET! My first stop shop is House of Fraser which is a famous department store which houses a vast range of brands and covers all of my fashion trends and needs. This time round I was after a couple of dresses for my trip and here are my favourites of the top 5 trends on my list: 

MULTI COLOURED FLORALS


Multicoloured florals are one of my favourite prints which I have to have in my summer wardrobe.
It's so easy to wear because the dress IS the statement!

THE MAXI DRESS

A long maxi dress is definitely a must have, it takes you from day to night in a sophisticated manner. I love the fact that the maxi can be dressed up with lots of jewellery and a pair of heels or dress down with a simple pair of sandals.

THE MIRRORED PRINT

Mirrored prints are so in, right now, all thanks to Givenchy, this is the trend I most love from the runway and there is so much scope for it. If possible I want it on everything from dresses to bags to swimwear! 

THE BLACK BODY CON

After spending all that time slimming down for your bikini beach bod, you would want to show off that hourglass shape in a simple body con which emphasises those beautiful curves!

THE WHITE DRESS

1. 2. 3.

A crisp white dress with lots of embroidery is an absolute necessity to show off that gorgeous tan after your dedicated sun worshipping! I just love how my tan contrasts with the crisp white dresses, emphasizing the colour without over doing my tan.
