Black Magic




Saint Laurent Taps Julia Nobis for its Spring 2013 Campaign by Hedi Slimane

How mysterious does Julie Nobis look in the oversized hats and capes? 
It's almost theatrical. 

Like so many things, I like the IDEA of the large floppy hat, it really works in this campaign, but the reality of it is, its just too cumbersome to wear or carry, because let's be honest, we are more likely to be carrying it then wearing it...

    I like Hedi's photography and his work at YSL, although by now it does feel like he got a tiny bit carried away with all the numerous Saint Laurent campaigns. :)
