Make-Up | Chanel SS '13


Just as stores pack away their left-over Christmas decorations, in come the Malteaser Chocolate Bunnies, Lindor Easter eggs and of course, those coveted spring/summer makeup collections.


As always, Chanel doesn't disappoint. I recently heard a little birdie tell me of the upcoming launch of their very first beauty supplement foundation - the Chanel 'CC' cream, i.e. 'complexion corrector'. It looks like Chanel has great things for us in the pipeline, and these recent campaign pictures give us something to cling on to as the first few drops of snow stick to the murky ground!




As per usual, it appears that I have picked THE most expensive item from the collection  as my pick, and it is this gorgeous highlighter.


Not only is it beautifully embossed but it appears to be the perfect colour whereby it gives a subtle sheen to the skin without any of that chunky glitter shimmer that leaves you feeling like a disco ball. However, retailing at £46, I may have to admire from afar!

Chanel's 'Les Printemps Precieux De Chanel' hits stores this Friday 18th January and I for one will be sure to check it out!
